1.4 Updating Information
If any of your account details change (such as your mobile number or bank account), please inform us. tk999 ap is not responsible for delays or failed withdrawals caused by incorrect information.
2 Age Verification
2.1 Proof of Age
tk999 ap reserves the right to verify the age of any member at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID Card (NID), passport, or any other government-recognised identity document. If you do not respond to an age verification request in time, your account may be temporarily suspended.
2.2 Protection of Minors
tk999 ap is opposed to gambling by minors. If it is found that a person under the age of 21 has opened an account, that account will be closed immediately, all transactions will be cancelled, and the return of any funds held in the account will be reviewed.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

3.3 Third-Party Payments
Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited. All transactions must be made from the member's own payment account. Violating this rule may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Transaction Limits and Review
For security reasons, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals. If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, tk999 ap may hold or review the transaction.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
tk999 ap offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a balance of ৳2,000, and you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagering before using that bonus.
Another example: on a deposit of ৳40,200 the bonus is capped at ৳20,000, giving a balance of ৳60,200, and the wagering requirement comes to ৳20,000 × 10 = ৳2,00,000.
4.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions
- The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- If you withdraw your deposit after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Other Promotional Offers
Various promotional offers are launched from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. tk999 ap reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
All bets on tk999 ap are accepted electronically. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, tk999 ap reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds being displayed, or any other verified unusual circumstance.
5.2 Odds Changes
Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply. If the odds change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is accepted, the updated odds will be shown.
5.3 Sports Event Results
Sports bet results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned or the specified conditions are not met, the bet may be cancelled and the stake returned.
5.4 Casino Games
All casino games use the game provider's own RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. tk999 ap only provides the platform — we have no influence over game outcomes.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

7 Account Suspension and Closure

tk999 ap may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, indications of money laundering, or involvement in any illegal activity. The balance may be held until an investigation is complete before the account is closed.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Any member may close their own account. Please contact the support team for guidance on settling all bets and withdrawing your balance before closure.
8 VIP Program
8.1 VIP Tiers
tk999 ap has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
8.2 VIP Tier Changes
You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular play. If activity decreases, your tier may be downgraded. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
While tk999 ap strives to keep its services uninterrupted, temporary outages may occur due to technical maintenance, network issues, or other reasons. tk999 ap is not liable for compensation in such situations, but will work to resolve the issue promptly.
9.2 Third-Party Content
